Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE:SOI) (“Solaris” or the
“Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of Class A common stock, to
be paid on June 26, 2019 to holders of record as of June 14, 2019. A
distribution of $0.10 per unit has also been approved for holders of
units in Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC, which is subject to the
same payment and record dates.
The company will host a conference call to discuss its second quarter
2019 results on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. Central Time (8:30
a.m. Eastern Time). Solaris will issue its second quarter 2019 earnings
release after market close on July 30, 2019.
